Individual Other Details

This page is used to enter additional / Other detailed information of a client.this information can be entered at registration or an already registered client can be retrieved and the information is entered.

How do you enter other details of the client? To enter client other details, go to client/Individual clients and a screen like one below appears. Click on other Details to enter other details.

• Branch: This is the branch code of your organization where the client belongs, e.g., "KA". The branch codes are not modifiable and are assigned to the organization at licensing. Unless you have a corporate license or a license for centralized data administration, your choice will be limited to only one branch code. In the demo version of Loan Performer the branch code is the abbreviation DB standing for Demonstration Branch.
• Reg. Code (Registration Code): The program automatically chronologically assigns a new registration code to every new client, e.g., "000004".
• Approved by: The name of the person who approved the client at registration will automatically appear here. e.g
• Approval date: The date the client was approved will automatically appear here e.g. "26/08/2016"
• Client Names: There are 3 fields for entry of the clients' names:
• First Name: Enter the client's first name e.g "Nelly" . This field is compulsory.
• Middle Name: Enter the client's middle name e.g "James". This field is optional.
• Surname: Enter the client's surname name wire which is also compulsory.

• Title: From the drop down, select the appropriate title for the client e.g "Mr". These titles need to be defined under Support files\Name Titles.
• Registration Date: Enter here the date when you register someone as your client e.g . It is a compulsory field, and the date entered here should precede any transactions with the client.
• Sex: From the drop down select the appropriate gender of the client. This is a compulsory field.
• Client Exists: When entering a new client, you can always check if the same person or a client with similar characteristics does not already exist in your database.
• Client is also a guarantor: Tick this checkbox if the client can stand in as a guarantor to other clients. If this checkbox is not ticked, he will not appear among the acceptable guarantors.
• Client can buy shares: Tick this checkbox if the client is allowed to own shares in the organisation. If this checkbox is not ticked, he will not be able to purchase or sell shares to the company.
• Delete: Click on the delete command button if you want to delete a client

• Client Category 1, 2 or 3: Select the client category the client belongs to e.g "Client category 1 for Rural". You might wish to classify all your clients to different categories (e.g. rural and urban; Peri- Urban.) and be able to get reports on the performance of each category.

• Cost Center: From the drop down, select the appropriate cost centre e.g Administration. the cost ce ntres should have been defined under Support Files/Cost Centers.

• Registration Ended: Enter here the date the client stopped being a client of your organisation.

• Note that you can proceed with de registering a client only if all savings accounts have been closed and shares sold.

• The Registration ended date can be modified or deleted afterwards. You can renew a group's membership by deleting it. 
• Changes in your clients' membership status can be viewed in the Report on Clients/State during a Period Report, where the general movement of your clients, details of new members and details of drop-outs are shown.
• Exit Category: From the drop down select the appropriate exit category for the client. The exit categories should have been previously defined under Support Files/Exit Categories.
• Reason: This is an optional field where you can enter a reason for ending the client's membership. These reason should have been defined under Support Files/Exit Reasons
